The bows. The sleeves. The train. The veil with the hair. So classic and unique at the same time.
The O Bar at the Ambassador Hotel in Midtown has the best view and my favorite rosé.
I found this gorgeous tray at an antique store for $8 and this amazing ginger jar at HomeGoods. They look so nice on my bed-side table with my lamp! Decorating is my favorite thing right now……
If you follow me on Instagram (you should!), you saw that I got stuck on the off ramp at 23rd street in OKC this week…There was a huge storm and all of 23rd was underwater. Luckily, the fire department is right at the intersection and they were able to save people who were stuck. We had to turn around on the off ramp and get back on the highway. Crazy!
After I made it home alive, I turned on the news to see what the heck was going on outside and saw my apartment complex staring back at me! That’s not a good sign when it comes to severe weather.
Sarah and I were in the same small group at Crossings from middle school to high school graduation and it just so happens that we both wanted to lead high school girls this year! God is sweet.
Sophomores are a good time.
I don’t remember the high school ministry being so #lit, but it definitely was on Wednesday night. The sermon series is “Jesus The” and this week it was Jesus The Gangster. So fun. Ahhhh high school!
Yes, I saw the eclipse this week! My boss was so kind to let us watch it for a good 45 minutes and bought us glasses. I expected it to get a little dark, which it didn’t, but it definitely cooled off during the eclipse. Annie was in the path of totality, which means that she saw a full eclipse, so it was dark where she was. Spooky!
No doubt, the highlight of my week is when I get to Google Hangout with my best pals, Annie and Jess! We’ve been good at chatting for a few hours once a week. I love them so much.
